So many of you know and some do not!
I’ve been silent on this page, due to injuries.
I’ve had three injuries in physical therapy, which caused set backs. Then, last August 14th, a chiropractor fractured 3 of my vertebrae that ended in 2 surgeries
A year later, I’m back in physical therapy and the goal is to return to Bodywork in the near future!
It’s been frustrating to say the least, as I have always lead a super active
Life😊😊
I’ve been studying a lot of new things in my down time, and appreciate all those who have been there for me during this time.
I miss helping people with their health issues… and truly love support I have received 💜
