This is one of the first things I do, especially when a client comes to me with PCOS type symptoms like irregular cycles, painful periods, fertility challenges, or PMS bloating.

Your circadian rhythm directly impacts ovulation.
And the quality of your ovulation is what influences your period being painful or pain free.
