It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself, I’m Rae (Rachel) Del Dosso, founder of Solstice Therapy.

I am a trauma specialist, utilizing Brainspotting, EMDR, Integral Somatic Psychology, and Clinical Art Therapy. I also am an AASECT Certified S*x Therapist.

I am a folk herbalist and love integrating spirituality into my work including helping people release ancestral burdens.

Crafting my life in such a way to allow time to slow down, be with myself, connect with the earth and my ancestors. To write poetry, garden, make art, to listen deeply.

Unlearning the colonial paradigm that makes us into machines and letting “the soft animal of (my) body love what it loves.”

Nettle is teaching me how boundaries protect our vitality and allow us to thrive. They might sting, but they do not actually harm, there’s a difference. It’s ok to sting to save your own life.

I have been doing some profound healing. I’m really feeling like myself. Like I deserve to be here. Like I have been received onto the earth and I am supposed to be here. I am so thankful for plant medicine, the earth, the various healers who worked with my energy, my body, my preverbal and childhood trauma, and my ancestral trauma who have supported me, especially Mari and Greg at and .

My healing work with clients has leveled up because my container has deepened and widened for what I can hold space for with them. It’s beautiful to see how our healing is intertwined and interconnected.
