We identify and bridge gaps in traditional services by integrating local resources to enhance the long term outcomes in the home and community.

Each box may include culturally appropriate, shelf-stable essentials such as masa harina, dried beans, cooking oil, and more.

The group was well attended, heartfelt, and continues to grow each month — a beautiful reflection of the strength and connection within our community. 💛
