SALES & COMMUNTIY RELATIONS DIRECTOR

The essential functions of the job include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

- Build meaningful relationships with local community, county and state organizations to build awareness in our assisted living community to drive sales.
- Generate and manage all new leads, tours and move-ins.
- Inside and Outside sales and marketing programs.
- Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success

Qualifications:
- One (1) year job related experience preferred in senior living communities

In order to be considered for this position you will need to be 21 or older, be able to pass a live-scan fingerprint background check and a health screening with TB test.

We are also requiring a Covid-19 Test.*

We are an Assisted Living facility for the elderly in Camarillo and we are in need of a Med-Tech to assist our residents with their medication needs. Some of the job duties include but are not limited to the following:

*Sets up and dispenses prescribed medication

*Takes and records vital signs as needed

*Logs incoming medications

*Attends in-service training's as needed

Must be 18 or older and be able to pass a Live-Scan fingerprint background clearance and physical with TB test.

This position provides personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene assistance, transferring and mobility. As a Caregiver with Royal Gardens of Camarillo, you will assist multiple senior residents residing in our community throughout your shift.

• Follows the resident’s individual service plan in providing one-on-one support/visitation to residents, which may include:
• daily wellness checks
• incontinence management
• assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility
• es**rt service for meals, events, or nature walks
• Assists in development and updating of each resident’s individual service plan.
• Reports concerns about residents to immediate supervisor or Executive Director.
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with residents, family members and coworkers.
• Adheres to housekeeping/shower schedule and completes duties in a satisfactory manner.
• When appropriate, provides companionship comfort to residents.

**Compensation is based on experience

We are seeking a Dietary Services Assistant /Cook to join our dedicated kitchen staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Prepare all served food
Follow Standard recipes and special diet orders
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Must have food handler's card
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Supervises kitchen personnel in the absences of the director of Dietary Services.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in teams
Must be current on cooking trends
Must be able to prepare and serve seniors.
