✨Tuesday from 9:45-10:45am teaching Back & Hips
✨Thursday from 8:30-9:30am teaching Morning Yoga
✨Thursday from 10:00-11:00am teaching Power Vinyasa
✨Every other Sunday from 9:30-10:30am teaching Yoga for Strength

We are so excited to have her join our studio community! She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience along with a loving and joyful spirit!🤍
