We want to announce the possible Sale of Ship Shape due to
Retirement and Future Plans.

We are planning to retire and expect to move away sometime in 2026. Although I can manage the spa from anywhere, we will be looking for the right owner to purchase Ship Shape Tan & Spa as part of our transition.
I want to offer to our clients who know us and love us first!

About Ship Shape:
As many of you know, I have had the privilege of owning Ship Shape for nearly 24 years. Throughout this period, we have established a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service, and amazing services, thanks to the dedication and professionalism of our team. The salon benefits from a prime location and a loyal, well-established client base.

Client Contracts and Packages:
It is essential that all client contracts and packages be honored by the future owner. This requirement is NON-NEGOTIABLE and serves to protect both our clients and the buyer, ensuring a smooth transition and continued satisfaction for everyone involved.

Income:
More than half of our income comes from AutoPay memberships, which cover most of our expenses throughout the year. All in-house sales contribute to our profits and help cover the remainder of our expenses.

Owner Training and Transition Plan:
To ensure a seamless handover of Ship Shape Tan & Spa, I am committed to providing training for the new owner.
This will give you the opportunity to become familiar with our operations, staff, and client services. By gaining hands-on experience, you will be well-prepared to manage the salon confidently and enjoy a successful busy season from the outset.
