I want to address something that happened yesterday, I am still in shock over people like this.(see attached comments, they have now blocked us)
Erin Skube commented yesterday that she was going to have a 3rd party “her boss”recreateTabUp means STEAL with a 3D printer. WHAT?
This is exactly the reason full protection is critical NOW! TabUp has patent information in engraveed into the product. Our attorney is now on this!
Let me be very clear — TabUp is LEGALLY PROTECTED, and this is why finishing our utility patent right now is so important. People recognize TabUp is amazing & there are low life thieves like this everywhere! Let that sink in she posted this on my post with .co I do not yet know the connection.
LET ME BE VERY VERY VERY CLEAR! We will go after people like this as 3D printing is CHEAP and WEAK. What people don’t see is what it actually took to create TabUp — over three years of development, four prototypes, CAD design, and a custom multi-cavity steel injection mold. An investment of over $400,000 of my money, everything I had to my name, along with sleepless nights and putting everything I had into building this company.
This is exactly why full protection is critical NOW This isn’t about reacting emotionally it’s about understanding the level of work, sacrifice, and innovation behind what I’ve built — and making sure it’s protected the right way.
So far, my GoFundMe campaign has had 96 views and only 2 donors. If even a portion of those views turned into $5 support, we would already be significantly closer to securing this.
I have a time-sensitive (2 WEEKS NOW) opportunity to secure the highest level of protection for how TabUp works so these people can never steel what I have built. Very few products ever qualify for this, and it’s a major step in building this into what it’s meant to be.
I’ve put years into creating this. Now I’m asking for help to protect it properly.
