Meet another one of our spectacular Massage Therapist, Linden!

Linden is a California native and long-time central coast resident who developed a passion for health and wellness by following her heart and intuition. She brings that same intuition and heart-centered practice, backed by knowledge, to the table in how she approaches her bodywork.

Linden has been practicing the art and science of massage since 2019. She graduated from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in 2020 with a Holistic Health Practitioner Certification and is a CAMTC certified Massage Therapist. She is also a dedicated student of yoga and has deepened her knowledge of the practice with a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate.

When she’s not at the table with clients, Linden can be found on the trail hiking and running, working with medicinal herbs and plants, reading, traveling, and enjoying time with friends and family.

We are excited to announce Shankara is going to be at Vyana on November 19th from 4pm-6pm.

“Shankara is a Kirtan ensemble devoted to bringing participants to a state of bliss and harmony as they take you on a musical journey for the heart and soul! Kirtan is a wonderful way of quieting the mind and connecting with the heart through mantra and sound in a sacred setting with kindred spirits. Shankara is a beautiful blend of vocals, harmonium, tabla drums, guitar, mandolin and violin offering a sound quality that is truly enchanting and which deeply resonates with the heart chakra and uplifts the spirit!
Shankara features Brenda on harmonium/guitar/vocals, Luis Monge on tabla drums/guitar, and Scott Marlin on violin/mandolin. We look forward to sharing this inspiring practice with you!

A shedding. A reclamation. A dance experience. This class is an intuitive movement journey that will inspire you to get out of your head and connect more deeply to your body. Explore the energies of pleasure, power, and play while moving in a way that FEELS good (vs. what ‘looks good’). Open to women 18+, no dance experience necessary. We’ll move barefoot, dress in something you can move freely in. Show up exactly as you are!
