National Maintenance Appreciation Day was on the 18th, but we celebrate our Maintenance Director, Mike, every single day here in our community.

Whether he’s repainting rooms, fixing what needs repaired, or keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, Mike does it all with dedication and care. And when he’s not hard at work, you’ll often find him talking with residents, building genuine relationships, or helping in any way he can, sometimes it’s a repair, and sometimes it’s simply a meaningful conversation.

We are truly so lucky to have someone who leads with heart, compassion, and kindness every day. Thank you, Mike, for all that you do! 💙
