Kinsley has been putting in the work—showing up consistently, pushing herself, and setting the tone in the weight room. Her dedication and effort have not gone unnoticed, and this offseason is already off to a strong start because of athletes like her.
We’re excited to see how much she continues to grow and gain as the offseason progresses. Keep grinding, Kinsley—great things are ahead!

This group of dudes is about to make a BIG culture statement when games finally start

Finished up our fall competition today! We split the boys into teams where every open gym, weight lifting session and mile mattered. Very proud of this group and where they are. Time to finish the month of October strong!
