I remember being postpartum thinking…
“Am I ready to run?”
“Can I lift yet?”
“Why does this still feel… off?”
And the only guidance I had was:
👉 “You’re cleared.”
But cleared ≠ ready.
No one tells you that there’s a gap between:
being medically cleared
and actually being able to train at intensity again
That gap is where most women:
❌ leak
❌ feel weak
❌ lose confidence in their body
And it’s completely avoidable when you know what to look for.
