People change, sometimes slowly, sometimes all at once. Life shapes them, teaches them, softens them, or, at times, hardens them.

So appreciate the good moments, the people who show up, and the versions of them that are kind, present, and loving… because those moments don’t repeat themselves exactly the same way.

And remember: you’re changing too.
The person you were a year ago isn’t the person you are today, and that’s the beauty of it. Growth means we’re all constantly evolving, learning, and becoming.
