We oppose ICE’s use of violence and the climate of fear it has created, and we stand with the people of Minneapolis and all communities affected by these actions.

Join Ali for Pilates for Plates, an all-levels virtual mat class supporting the Greater Boston Food Bank.

No equipment (except a mat) or experience is required.

If you’d like to sign up, you can email Kate@Fitlabpilates.com - the zoom invite will be sent out the day before the class.

The price of the class is $30 or whatever you can donate. If you still want to donate but can’t attend class, you can send donations to our Venmo .
