Hi all, we are working on a novel treatment for gluten sensitivity. In doing so, we would like to interview people who have been diagnosed with gluten sensitivity (e.g. Celiac's disease, gluten ataxia, wheat allergy/intolerance, or self-diagnosed gluten sensitivity).
