Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor, Stacey Austin: “Every day she comes to work and gives 100% for the residents and her coworkers. Stacey has great leadership and communication with her team. She is understanding, fair, very helpful and a great listener”.
Culinary Supervisor, Rebecca Coffman: “Becca is very kind and considerate. She is always asking me if I need help. She treats all the servers with great kindness”.

Administrative Receptionist, Sandra Norman: “I can honestly say I have never worked with someone like Sandra. She treats the residents like they are family and goes above and beyond for them”.

Fitness Instructor Sherry Johnson: “ Sherry goes above and beyond. She sets aside time to build relationships by gathering residents into a group and helping to cultivate friendships”.

Assisted Living Resident Asssistant, Kristen Larowe: “Kristen goes above and beyond by making sure the residents get the best possible care. She makes sure her coworkers are comfortable and always offers a helping hand when needed”.

Today we would like to recognize two more CROSS award nominees! Sheri Fitzloff, Housing Director/Former LE Coordinator: “ Sheri puts her whole heart into her job. She makes sure the residents have activities to fill their day. She creates a warm and caring atmosphere”.
Carol Kropidlowski, LTC CNA: “Carol is always on time. Does the extra little things to help, is pleasant and sometimes does two jobs at one time”. Thank you Sheri and Carol, GPC is blessed to have you!

Today we honor Julia Lindgren, a Health Unit Coordinator in the Gables. Julia was nominated for A CROSS Award for “being exceptional in many areas of her work. She is not afraid to step in to help. She is kind, hard working and a team member.” Thank you Julia!

Today we would like to honor Darrel Schrock, one of our Campus Pastors at GPC! Darrel was honored at our PHS Leadership Retreat as Honorable Mention for the Christian Ministry Award! There were over 2,100 nominees this year for the CROSS awards! Darrel’s coworkers, friends and residents nominated Darrel for this award. “Darrel is a wonderful campus pastor. He is so dedicated to all on campus here at GracePointe”. “I am very thankful he is here onsite as he is so kind, and truly has a heart for Jesus”. Darrel’s devotional messages are always well thought out and engaging. He takes time to speak through the messages.” Well deserved, Pastor Darrel! Thanks for all you do!!
