Being a dietitian isn’t goes beyond the food specifics (which are important!)… it’s about healing, collaboration, and support. In my work, I help clients shift from ED-driven rules to self-trust, address body image concerns, and build skills for nervous system regulation. It’s a role that goes far beyond meal plans and what’s on your plate!
Our work as dietitians is often misunderstood, but it’s some of the most rewarding work there is.
