I provide individual, family and couples counseling. I have over 25 years experience in helping clients feel better, live better and reach their fullest potential. I am also an approved Substance Abuse provider for NY OASAS and VT IDRP programs.

I utilize a wide range of modalities that I have developed over many years of study and practice to create a holistic, non-judgmental and gentle form of psychotherapy. I utilize insight oriented psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Creative Arts Therapies and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My offices are located in Greenwich, New York and Bennington, Vermont.
