How do you unwind?

I enjoy any form of kinesthetic release. Painting, coloring, writing, cooking, dancing, etc.... anything besides sitting still. I need to feel and see colors blend, words, even watching incense smoke dissipate into the air... I seek movement.

It all works. It all helps me process my day. Take care of yourself and do something for you today. 👑💖

Grandest Rising. 🌻

I’ve been reading more about using the slow pace and sensitivity that comes with my me**es to communicate with my higher spiritual self.

✨

This morning I was able to complete a full ritual (in sloth speed might I add) but I DID IT! My body still feels weaker than normal but my spirit feels nourished and full of life.
✨✨

Instead of beating up on myself for not having tons of motivation or energy, I’m embracing and attuning to my body’s pace. I’m communicating and practicing self-compassion with myself this week & reminding you to take it easy.

✨✨

Ebbs and flows are extremely normal. Thank you mother moon for your reminder of cycles being divine, purposeful, & beautiful.
