be.lov.ed yoga A variety of classes of yoga for all ages and stages taught from a Christian viewpoint. I have enjoyed yoga for many years.

Because I have personally received so many benefits from this movement practice, I decided to pursue teaching. I absolutely loved my training at Living Soul Institute. I received my 200 hour and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training certifications with them and am now a trauma-informed RYT 500. My passion is helping people discover and enjoy all of the beautiful things yoga offers their bodies, minds, and souls. I teach from a Christian viewpoint as well as trauma informed. I teach classes at Rock Steady Boxing, Cambridge. Most of these are available to the public. Present classes include: Yoga for Tweens/Teens and Families; Gentle Flow; Yogacha (self-made name for an active chair class that focuses on balance, breathing, and movement); Yoga for RSB Cambridge (boxers, volunteers, families). Watch for an upcoming class: Trauma Informed Yoga.
