On Sunday, we had the joy of honoring our beloved resident, Irene. With twelve close family members by her side, she was wrapped in love. ❤️

Irene has spent her life devoted to family, faith, and tradition. The eldest daughter in her Armenian American family, she helped raise her siblings, built a warm and loving home with her husband, Harry, and raised three amazing children. Her days were filled with cooking delicious meals, tending to her beautiful garden, and playing the piano. For over 35 years, Irene shared her heart as a Sunday School teacher at the Armenian Apostolic Church.

Congratulations, Irene, on receiving your well-deserved Lifetime Achievement Award ⭐️

Last week, we had the honor of celebrating our wonderful resident and dear friend, Bessie, with a Lifetime Achievement Award 🌟With her kind spirit, witty sense of humor, and deep compassion for others, Bessie truly makes our community brighter. We had the chance to learn all about her hardworking and ambitious life, including her time with the Daughters of Charity, her service in the Army Reserves as a nurse, and her work as a nurse supervisor in several hospitals. Bessie met her husband, Gene, later in life. Together, they shared 13 years filled with love, travel, and adventure.

We are so lucky to celebrate such a devoted, hardworking, and inspiring woman ❤️
