My focus is to guide you on your wellness journey through self-discovery and self-awareness, encompassing mind, body, and spirit. The things I have learned about myself, both the things I enjoy and the things I do not enjoy, allow me to understand myself much more. As a coach, I provide you a safe space to explore who you are and where you want to be and make the necessary changes. You get to choose your route in life, so start by choosing YOU!
