This is what 5 days of silent Buddhist meditation retreat (noble silence) looks like in 20 frames. So glad to be back a BCBS. It would be foolish of me to try to explain in words, so I trust you will feel the vibe. Also, there was some somatic humming when I got home and the universe shared another beautiful sunset.
