So much gratitude to my sensei who believed I was ready before I could see it. Being on the karate path is no joke as an adult. Things come harder. It takes more effort. The mind wants to slack but the body says “just do it anyway”.

I remember when my son got his orange belt. He was little and I was inspired…. all these years later here I am… living the karate life. 🧡
