Before your first appointment, we’ll send all paperwork ahead of time so you can conveniently complete it on your phone or tablet. Easy and stress-free!

When you arrive, our front desk team will collect any additional information needed, such as insurance details. One of our chiropractors will then review your paperwork to better understand your concerns and bring you back for a thorough evaluation.

After your evaluation, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan based on your specific needs—because no two patients are the same. If appropriate, we may even begin treatment the same day with an adjustment or acupuncture.

Our doctors take the time to answer all your questions and make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Our goal is simple: help you feel your best and get the relief you’re looking for as quickly as possible. 💙

How often should you get adjusted?

It depends on your body, your stress level, and your goals.

Some people need care more frequently at first to calm the nervous system and restore movement. This might look like 1-3 times a week. Others do great with maintenance visits to keep their body moving well. This might look like 4-8 weeks apart.

There’s no one-size-fits-all—your care should be personalized.
