Cancer Education and Research Institute (CERI), formerly known as Cancer Research Simplified, is an independent, 501(c)(3) global non-profit organization. Its three-fold mission is to 1) provide simplified information about cancer and cancer research to cancer patients and the general public; 2) bridge the gap between cancer scientists and cancer patients; and 3) provide cancer research scholarships for high school students worldwide.

Our cancer patients around the world are achieving extraordinary outcomes when they receive comprehensive, science-based, personalized cancer care. But there's a problem: insurance doesn't cover neither on their end, not on our end.

The gap between cutting-edge research and standard practice can be 10-17 years. Patients with complex cases need someone monitoring that research in real time, coordinating across specialists, and advocating when protocols don't account for their individual complexity. This level of coordination transforms outcomes. We've proven it for 13 years.

But without insurance reimbursement, access depends entirely on philanthropy. This is solely a failure of on what premises systems are built on - profit over people, one-size-fits all over . And how we address it will determine whether becomes the standard or remains out of reach.

Our application period is now closed. As we begin reviewing and interviewing candidates, we extend our sincere thanks to all who applied - and to those who helped spread the word - for your time, passion, and commitment to transforming cancer care.

For the past 13 years, we have been pioneering personalized, whole-person , and we are deeply encouraged by the level of interest in helping advance this work toward becoming a global standard.

Thank you for the trust in our work are truly amazing and means the world to us, to our life-saving mission, and the people we serve.

One year ago, we were by the side of a 70+ year old woman from overseas. From her painful we helped her to get accurately, getting her the right specialists, through her ongoing treatment. At that time had history of Type 2 , 30 years of , and fluctuating values.

Today, she's not just surviving, but thriving! Her blood work is perfect, her kidneys are stable, her blood sugar, hypertension, and anemia are controlled. And, cancer responding very well.
