Mitzi is back with some more shoveling tips!
🪏 Tackle the top layers first. Less weight and more repetition is better in this case. It’ll make it more manageable and less likely to strain your back.
🪏 Deepen your squat as you get to lower layers.
🪏 Use your whole trunk with your leg extension to assist your arms while tossing the snow.
🪏 Try to use both sides as much as possible.
🪏 Avoid dropping your upper body and rounding your back. Keep your core engaged for support.
