A special day at the Colleton County Animal Shelter! Care team members from the MUSC Health University Medical Center Medical Intensive Care Unit collected and delivered more than 1,500 pounds of food for adoptable pups, along with treats, toys, medical supplies, bedding, and more, just in time for the season.

Giving back like this helps shelters continue their life-saving work. We’re grateful for care teams who show compassion for all creatures, in and beyond our hospitals.
