Many have received letters from the hospital. Remember, I (Jan Scantling) will be seeing patients at another clinic in April. If you use the hospital’s medical release form you may put my name down as the person/place to send your medical records to since the other clinic is not open yet. The hospital knows this and should be able to accommodate your request. At my new location I will still be working under a collaborating Doctor and in the same building as another Doctor.
