Evening Everyone!!

It’s been a while since posting a fast fact:

Did you know massage helps create better blood circulation? As you work areas in distress, it channels blood flow to “filter” toxins and tension in order to release the muscle. So, if you aren’t confident in massage, just try “sweating” any muscle problem areas on your horse. Sweating just means covering the area with your hand for 20 seconds , allowing the heat to build. Remove hand and allow the blood flow to do the rest!
