G' DAY Mates! From your friends at English Meadows Camden Campus..

We been down under today....

Today, we featured an Australian luncheon today:

Crispy shrimp with pineapple salsa,
Potato fritters with chili sauce,
Grilled vegetables on the Barbie
Damper-Australian soda bread, and for dessert. Lamington: Sponge cake with coconut and chocolate

The residnets took a virtual trip to Australia.. we saw scenic landscapes and animals. We had an amazing time and also enjoyed an Australian beverage Palamoa, which is grapefruit juice, lime juice, 7up, and agavae syrup.

We travel somewhere different each Friday at 2pm..

Despite the cold winter weather that appears to be on the way. We were proactive today and made beautiful sun catchers....
