It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Chairman Trustee Emeritus Hayward "Jake" Jacobs, Jr. Visitation and Omega Psi Phi fraternal rites will take place on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 6 PM until 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Good Friday, April 3, 2026, at 10 AM with burial at Fort Jackson National Cemetery at 1 PM.
