We are starting two new Beginner Matwork series classes in April. They run once a week for six weeks. There are two session options to choose from: Monday evenings at 7:15 p.m. or Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. The price for each session is $120.00, and the classes are 50 minutes long. The prerequisites are no spinal issues, and you must be able to get down and up off the floor. Text Mary at 803-427-1797.

It’s a big training weekend for the studio. I’m taking the Fascial Movement Course and Laura Lis is taking her Advanced Matwork and Advanced Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. Next week’s clients be ready!

This is the perfect time of year to give yourself the gift of Pilates. Laura Hardin has two spots available in the Beginner Equipment class beginning Wednesday Dec. 7 @ 10:00. This class meets every Wednesday in December. The cost is $30 per class. This is our first time offering this class which is a less expensive option to privates. We would like to welcome Laura Hardin to our staff! Laura is a STOTT certified instructor and we are so pleased to have her teaching with us. She is starting a new Beginner Equipment class beginning Wednesday, December 7 at 10:00 am. This class will utilize the Reformers, Spring Walls, Arc Barrels, Stability Balls, Matwork and Bosu. We have space for 4 students with 3 remaining spots available. You must have no preexisting spinal issues and be able to move freely from standing to sitting and to the floor. To our Get Fit Pilates family:

I woke up yesterday morning knowing it was time to temporarily close the studio. It was a difficult decision, but I knew it was the right one. Those of you that have trained with me know how much I hate to cancel
a session or a class, and only do it for training seminars, vacation or the occasional sick day. Now we are closed to prevent sickness.

I speak for Susan and Adrianne as well when I say we are so thankful to be able to do work that we love, and look forward to every day! We are blessed to have such awesome clients that trust us - bodies, mind and spirit. And that is what we will miss the most, you…our client family.

Stay the course, keep MOVING and know we will all be stronger, more compassionate people when this is over.
