While I integrate many different modalities into my work, energy healing is often the starting point—the space where your body, mind, and energy begin to come back into balance.

It’s also a space where the soul can fully settle back into the body.
When the nervous system is able to truly relax, the body shifts out of survival mode and into a state where deeper healing can begin—even down to a cellular level.

Over the years, I’ve intentionally trained in multiple energy healing modalities so I can meet you exactly where you are, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

This work isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating real shifts—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
