We’ll begin gently…
• A body scan to connect inward
• Seated breath work to open the body
• Then move into deeper somatic breath
• Supported with sound healing + hands-on energy work

Finally got the chance today to go see Michelle of Earth Angel Healing, LLC at The Stillpoint Wellness Center!

I have been working with Michelle as a guide and mentor for me for around two years now, and she is truly amazing. Today I did a Quantum Healing session with her that was phenomenal. This is the first time I have seen her in this center, and it’s beautiful space!
