Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for all the drop in love and sign ups for this summer season of training. Thank you for being patient with the large numbers we experienced with all of our athletes that were working on their craft. We were able to see a couple of large groups of competitive athletes wanting to do some private training and work on their skill sets in different areas for their upcoming competitions as well as some beginners getting into the basic CrossFit movements and methodology and some coaches who wanted to improve their skills and it made for an amazing week! Thank you so much for all the referrals and Word of Mouth . Feeling blessed and humbled, I appreciate you all. As always we love you guys and remember, strong mind, body will follow.

Glad to see everyone tonight for the 4:30 and yoga! Road conditions have gotten a lot better. I will see everyone in the morning! Get ready to get back at it. They cancelled school tomorrow but the roads seem okay. Remember when they cancel school we normally will not have morning classes. We will have them tomorrow though. Hopefully this is the last snow and ice we get for a little while at least. I hate it as much as you guys do. But Safety First. See you all in the morning!
