We are loving the mushroom coffee from la republica. Absolutely delicious while getting a dose of Lion's Mane, Chaga, Reishi, Maitake, Cordyceps, Sh*take, & Turkey Tail. We make sure to never brew ours using a paper filter. Wouldn't want the paper filter to hold on to any of that awesome organic mushroom extract that's added to the organic Arabica coffee.
