The 2nd graders from Dogwood are just the best, they are passionate about our residents. They took time again to come share their love with our residents by playing Bingo and TIC TAC TOE and listening to the residents share about their decades ago 2nd grade years. There was laughter and fun in the dining as they shared Valentine special, enjoyed some cookies and popcorn. Thank you again 2nd graders staff for choosing Lake Parke, it means a lot to the residents to see the little ones.

They braved the cold to enjoy a wonderful meal at Domenico’s. The night was made special by the presence of Beau and a birthday celebration for both Harold and Hellen. As always memories were made, laughter and socializing as the main idea of going out to supper club. Always grateful for all the help with the residents.

Our residents have felt the love and care from the community through their Secret Santas who have continued to bring joy and surprises when they dropped off the gifts, the are beyond grateful. Thankful to LCTC, Hawthorne 3rd graders, and the families that adopted our seniors. It has meant so much to them and the smiles on their faces tells it all.

We were so blessed by the Modugno’s family with Christmas carols, piano recitals and Christmas goodies. Thankful for their time driving all the way to share in the Christmas spirit with our residents and remembering them on their birthdays. Thankful that we get to share in caring for their mom/grandma here as part of our family.
