We are pleased to welcome Dr. Elisa Vinyard as the newly appointed Medical Director of the Missouri Veterans Home – Cameron.
Dr. Vinyard brings over 23 years of experience in family medicine and a deep commitment to Veteran-centered care.
She is a familiar and trusted presence at MVH-C, having provided supporting physician coverage to the home since 2004.

As we continue to mourn the loss of Dr. Kiehl and honor his extraordinary legacy of service, leadership, and compassion, we are grateful that Dr. Vinyard will carry forward his dedication to the Veterans he served so faithfully.

🚢🇺🇸 Our veterans recently enjoyed a special outing to the TITANIC: AN IMMERSIVE VOYAGE at Union Station Kansas City . It was a meaningful day filled with history, great conversations, and shared memories. Experiences like these are a wonderful way to learn, connect, and spend time together outside our home. Thank you to everyone who helped make this trip possible! ❤️

🎶🕺 Sock Hop fun at the Cameron Veterans Home! Our staff came together to make a special day for our veterans, joined by wonderful guests from Pin-Ups For Vets who visited and handed out calendars. We enjoyed classic treats like banana splits, milkshakes, and fudge sundaes 🍨🥤 and shared lots of smiles and memories. Thank you to everyone who made it such a great day! 🇺🇸❤️

🎸🎉 We had a special visitor stop by to celebrate his birthday in true rock-and-roll style! Elvis came through to visit our Veterans, bringing smiles, laughter, and plenty of toe-tapping fun on his birthday. It was an unforgettable day filled with great music, great company, and even better memories. Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration so special! 💙🇺🇸
