Looking for part-time hours or experience in the field? DreamShip Center is currently hiring Behavior Technicians for our afternoon shifts (3–5:30 PM) Monday through Friday — perfect for college students, someone looking to gain experience in the field, or anyone looking to make a meaningful impact in just a few hours a day!

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with a child with developmental delays, helping them grow in areas like: conversation and social skills, self-help routines, and skill development through play.

Many learners are working on valuable daily living skills like brushing teeth, getting dressed, preparing a simple snack, and even showering—skills that build confidence, independence, and a brighter future.
