We are aware that many are experiencing difficulty getting through when calling the office. Simply put: there are no longer enough lines to cover the surge in demand we have seen over the past few years. We are actively working on resolving the dilemma, but as you know these things take time. For now I ask only for your patience, and want to reassure you that generally if you call back within a few minutes you will get through. Thank you all for your continued support.

I have been made aware that many have called to make an appointment and are still waiting for a call back. With this transition the practice has experienced a massive influx of calls in addition to the calls that they would normally receive as a large practice. I want you all to know that the team is working hard to get through the list, and ask that you continue to remain patient. Once everyone is established and the dust settles there should not be this long of a wait going forward. I would also remind everyone to feel free to private message me on here if you have an immediate concern. Thank you.

Dear Valued Clients,
We understand it has been difficult as of late to get into the office. We have had to make many changes to adjust to COVID. With this in mind, we are currently attempting to merge with a larger practice so that we can continue to provide you with quality care. A letter will soon follow with more details For the next month we will be closed while we attempt to complete this transition. The on-call number will remain available for prescription refills and emergent issues ONLY. If you should get the voicemail, please leave a detailed message including: your name, DOB, medication, strength and pharmacy. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you we will do everything possible to ensure continuity of care.

As a reminder, we will be out of the office next week 8/3-8/7. If you have medication refills due during that time please make sure they are called in before 12pm tomorrow (7/30/2020). Thank you.

The office will be closed starting on Wednesday 11/27 at noon and will reopen on Monday 12/2. If you need any prescriptions make sure to call them in before Tuesday 11/26 to ensure we have enough time to send them. Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

Unfortunately, without notice, the construction crews have decided to cut our driveway this morning and completely block our driveway. You can not get in or out of the driveway. This is going to cause an interruption in business and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
