Some of people know, My kid #4 has a passion of forging of edible / medicinal plants & trees…🌳🌿🌸
When he was 10yrs old, we lived in Italy, he often ride a bike 🚲 & following my running, and keep ask me “ mom, what is this plant 🌱? Is this good for us?” I teaching him those medicinal plants we can find around us, he harvested put into his bicycle basket to bring home. Wash them and dry, blend it to make his own herb tea and often served to my reiki clients and friends 🫖 everybody loved his tea 🥰
His passion of medicinal plant journey has been continues…
Last spring, he was so interested in about young pine cone and want to try creating own Mugolio: fermented young pine cone syrup originally from northern Italian alps area.⛰️

He created super tasty syrup and he shared wz me some too.
I was thinking “ if that fermented, I maybe can use their yeast and make a bread 🥖 ?”, so, I set a dough night before to raise it.
Next morning, my dough rises beautifully and made me happy!😊
