Please bring your referral slip, any relevant x-rays, a list of current medications, and your insurance cards. All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A thorough consultation will assess your needs, and in some cases, surgery may be performed the same day. If IV anesthesia is required, ensure you have nothing to eat or drink for 8 hours prior and arrange for an adult to drive you home.
