Thanksgiving is just around the bend and I'm feeling quite festive!

💖I'm so excited to be with friends that are like family to eat, drink and laugh the day away. I gotta say I am so thankful for friends because family can be tough and if I didn't have friends life would be so rough.

As of last week my donation to help those in need is now up to $262. Thank you to everyone who has booked so far this month!

If you would like to help others this season there is still time to get in on it! I'm still offering $5 off to anyone who brings in at least 4 non perishable items for donation, and I'm still adding to my donation. 10% of my fees will be donated to help those in need this holiday season.

A massage is pretty awesome all on its own, but it feels even better knowing it's also helping others!

We have two in a half weeks til we're eating at the table with friends and family or whatever special thing you decided to do for the holiday. I'm excited to be with friends and family but mostly getting away for a little with my husband.

Last month I told everyone I would be donating a portion of my fees to help with the local food insecurities.

Hello and Happy November!

The holiday season is upon us,🧡 and as always, it can get pretty busy with all the things! This year the holiday season will look a little different for me, and I’m actually looking forward to it. ⛄🥧🍂🍃

I’ve decided not to shop at the big stores. 🗣️Instead, I’ll be making gifts for family and friends, and any purchases I do make will be from other small business owners.💪👥

With the 💲 economy being what it is, supporting small businesses feels more important than ever. 💖 Being intentional with my gifts (and my money) has helped me feel more grounded and taken a lot of pressure off my shoulders. ❣️

I also know that this month will be tough for many families when it comes to affording food. 🥦🍚 To help, I’ll be donating 10% from each massage session to support local food needs. Plus, if you bring in at least 4 non-perishable food items, I’ll give you a 💲5 credit toward your next massage.

Make time to enjoy a cozy relieving massage
As the weather gets cooler the body can get stiffer due to our muscles contracting to conserve body heat or bad posture from bending over to stay warm.

Some stretching could help you with increased blood flow to help with warmth, reduce muscle stiffness and aches. Tighter muscles are more prone to strains and injury. Help make them more resilient to sudden movements and overall joint discomfort.
