WHATS GOING ON WITH THE ENERGIES?
The January Frequency -
First - The How:
Energy, consciousness, and frequency are interconnected. During the recent holiday period, the one we have only just transitioned from, the Earth’s energetic grids continued to operate while simultaneously reflecting the collective state of human consciousness within that moment. Throughout this time the grids were functioning at approximately 65% lower activity than usual, or perhaps more accurately, the perception of this occurring. This happened despite energetic waves still arriving, albeit with slightly reduced intensity. The relative stillness of human activity, particularly across much of the Western world, corresponded with this reduction, creating what could be described as a reciprocal relationship between human input and planetary energy systems in terms of output or what lightworkers often refer to as the Gaia and crystalline grids.
Crystalline grids are not limited to isolated mineral structures, they are fundamental components of the Earth’s energetic geometry. Even during periods of collective rest or low dynamic movement, these grids remain continuously responsive, interacting with incoming energetic currents. However, their expression and output shift in accordance with the level of human engagement and consciousness present on the planet. For this reason, we could generalise and say that the planet “knew” people were on holiday, if you will as a reflection of its felt activity.
As collective movement and awareness reactivated following this period of rest, there was a noticeable and sudden increase in energetic activity. This reflects the push pull dynamic inherent within the crystalline and Gaia grids, which simultaneously give and then receive far more energy. As humanity walks, lives, and moves above and within these grids, they respond in direct relationship to our presence, intention, and energetic state through resonance and amplification. Much like a piezoelectric crystal generates an electrical charge when mechanical pressure is applied, shifts in collective consciousness and activity stimulate energetic responses within the Earth’s grids. Human consciousness acts as both a source and a mirror receiving energy, reflecting it, and contributing to its redistribution. In this way, the reactivation of conscious engagement does not merely coincide with increased planetary energy, it actively participates in amplifying it. The Earth’s grids and human consciousness exist in a continuous, dynamic exchange, each influencing, shaping, and responding to the other in an ongoing cycle of energetic coherence.
Second, The What:
What we have just encountered in the first quarter of the first quarter is an amplification of energy both below and above. As the Sun began to re engage and light codes from January 10th increased beyond existing downloaded integrations, many experienced a feeling of “here we go again” with a sense that the energy is picking up once more. For many, this has manifested as more vivid dreams, exacerbation of ascension symptoms, sleep disturbances, food sensitivities, and mental spiralling, including unwanted or intrusive thoughts that seem to arise from nowhere. This has created a very sudden uptick in lived experience. Over the past months, the energies have been strong, but due to their consistent impact on the human body, many have been in a constant state of buffering, downloading, and integration with a feeling of “will this ever end or stop?” There is a reason for this.
A well functioning parasympathetic nervous system is essential for recovery from stress, emotional regulation, mental clarity, physical healing, and long term health. Chronic stress, anxiety, or overstimulation can suppress parasympathetic activity, keeping the body locked in a sympathetic (fight-or-flight) state, which over time can contribute to fatigue, digestive issues, inflammation, and burnout. For many, the last twelve months have resulted in what can be described as ascension fatigue. Now, for all the reasons discussed, this energy is rising again and will continue to do so in relation to these certain dynamics. Even just today Jan 15th we are having a strong but subtle energy wave arrive.
As we move forward, we transition from 2025, the Year of the Final Unravelling, into 2026, the Year of Incarnation. This marks a passage where light no longer hovers at the edge of awareness, but begins to fully descend into the physical realms. Incarnation is, by its nature, a beginning, a true commencement. It is the moment when what has been sensed, imagined, and prepared within the subtle fields chooses to take form, and this is very important. I’ll explain why.
We move from a year of conclusion and dissolution into the opening of a new nine year cycle now. One rooted not in theory, but in lived experience. Within the quantum field, timelines are converging. New pathways are revealing themselves as older ones quietly dissolve. What can no longer be sustained falls away, not through force, but through irrelevance.
The energies previously described carry these codes through the world soul, transmitting them across the planetary field and into the bodies of those ready to receive. For many, this is an exhilarating time filled with clarity, momentum, and deep recognition. For others, it may feel unsettling. Those who continue to cling to the identities, processes, and structures of the previous cycle may experience compression or even entrapment as the Year of incarnation full anchors.
Rising frequencies are going to illuminate precisely where resistance remains, particularly where fear has been used as a form of control. What has been postponed will no longer remain quiet as it knocks on the door of conciseness. The knowing you have carried about the person, place, relationship, vocation, business, or direction that needed to be released, expanded, or finally begun, will unapologetically become to speak more insistently now. If it is not listened to, it will be felt. The body, ever honest, becomes the messenger where the minds ego rejects that which it fears as the realignment keeps asking to be honoured. Incarnation invites us not to escape the world, but to meet it fully, to live what we already know, and to allow the new cycle to move through us, as us. You can’t be half physical and non physical on the earth plane. And for that reasons you can’t be in both the energy of 2025 and 2026 because sitting on the fence is going to feel like being energetically trapped more than ever. Many are already there. “Im starting the year with fears and worries and it’s only January Alexander, this energy so rough. I don’t like it anymore. When will it end!?”
And then yesterday, the Moon “met,” or conjuncted, what is known in this galaxy as the Mother Godhead. The thin waning crescent Moon passed very close to Antares in the constellation Scorpius, creating this conjunction in the sky. When this occurred, it brought cosmic healing related to the cosmic Mother wound because the Antareans are known as great healers of genetic lineages and timelines. As a result, alongside everything else present, healing within earthly and ancestral lines became galactically converged for further release and integration or what people on earth call ( issues with the left Hand side of my body linked to further root issues and mother wounding )
Much like the transition from 9 to 1, these Mother wound and ancestral convergences are not only happening simultaneously, but are made more challenging by the rejected root and its shadow. For some this will manifest as self sabotaging patterns affecting the teeth, back, legs, blood, spleen, digestion, bowels, adrenals, and eating behaviours including water retention and weight problems.
And so At this time, there is a complexity of energies working through lightworkers in many different ways, with varied outcomes depending on where resistance and blocks remain and where the Year of Unravelling in 2025 has not yet met the Year of Incarnation in 2026. Fear, conditioning, trauma, and unresolved issues will then continue to fuel further linearity, ego, and delusion to create the illusion of freedom, resulting in a difficult start to the year for some, particularly for those still engaging with psychic attack narratives or victimhood consciousness as they externalise everything without knowing thy self.
The mid January energies are very real and, for some, may feel overwhelming for these and other reasons. Will free will be used to expand consciousness further, or will the subconscious be allowed to co-create permitting Source to counteract that which logical and rational thinking can no longer survive in authenticity within an entirely new nine year cycle and an energetic field never before experienced.
The choice is yours. Do you want the energy feel like a 10 ton truck crushing you, or Concorde flying you to New York for lunch and an unlimited shopping experience with friends and family? When it gets to late eventually the holographic matrix ends up simply removing it for you before toxicity is allowed to envelope. If you see the energies working "for you" then you know what side of the singularity you are on, because the other side will feel rough.
