I don't post on here very often but I wanted to share about the fun I had presenting at the IFS Conference this year with two of my dear colleagues. We chose to present on Radical Resonance which is one of our Somatic IFS practices. LOVE this practice in my therapeutic work as well as in relationship with those I care about.
