The entire nation saw her starring in the hour long CBS Special Haunted Lives.

If you are not getting out of the house and activating, you are not going to meet a partner. It may take time it may take patience, and you may be some frogs before your meet the prince (or princess) but it will not be possible if you never leave the comfort zone.

Everyone talks about “finding peace” like it’s hiding behind the next yoga class, self-help book, or perfectly quiet moment.

But life isn’t built that way.

There will always be something. A worry. A distraction. A little chaos knocking on the door. And honestly… that’s part of the deal of being human.

The real win isn’t chasing perfect peace. It’s learning to carry a little inner comfort with you while life does what life does.

Sometimes the most peaceful thing you can do… is laugh at the idea that everything is supposed to be peaceful all the time.

In this clip, my mother explains tools like tarot cards and runes and how some psychics use them to focus their intuition.

But later in her career, Sylvia often said those kinds of tools can become training wheels. Helpful for some. Not necessary for everyone.

Her belief was that the strongest connection comes when a psychic learns to trust their own impressions and the guidance coming through, without relying on props.

So both things can be true.
Tools can help people learn. But the real work is learning to trust what comes through you.

In the early years of her work, my mother, Sylvia Browne sometimes used tarot cards as a way to organize and focus the information she was receiving.

Tarot can be a helpful tool for many psychics. The imagery and symbolism can trigger intuition and help translate impressions into something easier to explain.

But as Sylvia’s abilities developed, she said she relied less on cards and more on direct impressions.

For her, tarot was never the source of the information. It was simply one way to help interpret what was already coming through.
