I operate two businesses—one for Oak Grove Tiny Home & RV Community and Three Rings QHHT. I love to travel, crochet, read, bake, hike, bike, walk my animals, care for our farm animals, go out with friends and family, and just enjoy life in general. Thankfully my sister is the one who introduced me to Dolores Cannon in 2016. At that point, I was not interested in those topics and honestly didn't understand what my sister was talking about. 2016 was the first year I tried meditating and opened my eyes to my fears head-on. The fears led to me opening myself up to crying, which I didn't do much of. Meditation led me to tons of questions and so tons of research. I finally decided to look Dolores Cannon up. I'm trying to remember if I asked my sister her name or if I stumbled upon her. Either way, this led to even more research into QHHT, and in 2020, I had two QHHT sessions for myself. Both were successful; I gained lots of insight into why my life is the way it is. I had already been meditating, so I had an idea of the Higher Self. However, QHHT connected me deeply to my higher self. Shortly after having my sessions, I decided to become a practitioner. I had this pull to help people and was fascinated with the whole topic. Before now, I had a business called SEMOQHHT. I had unfortunately stepped away from my calling after a year or a little more. The break was well-needed. Sometimes, we must step away from things and hit "reset." However, the pull to perform sessions stayed during my entire break. I explored myself and learned more about life to perform to the best of my abilities. Today, I decided it was time to jump back in. I now operate Three Rings QHHT. I am excited to welcome you to a life-changing, eye-opening, experience!
