We hold the space for you to rest. To transition, shift from a rushed activated state to a pace that suits you.

Rest schedules vary across cultures, climates and industry needs. Micro breaks that would naturally occur with weather, climate and family have transitioned into scheduled increments instead of following these natural rhythms.

Within these breaks, the nervous system can decompress. It shifts into a clearing state, cycling out spent energetic waste and releasing built up energy in our individual electromagnetic fields. Without these breaks, it becomes system overload disrupting nightly sleep cycles.

Here's your gentle reminder to schedule breaks. Intentionally downshift to lighten your load during the day and return to baseline faster at night. You'll begin to come into alignment with your own harmony when you have the space to clear the clutter.

Fibromyalgia can feel like a constant balancing act due managing widespread pain, fatigue, and sensitivity while trying to maintain daily life. Finding non-invasive, supportive treatments that work with the body, not against it, can make a meaningful difference.

Infrared massage therapy is one such option. Here’s how it may support individuals living with fibromyalgia, based on emerging research and lived experiences:

Simple ways to reconnect when you feel overwhelmed:

• Take a few deep breaths and place your hand on your heart.
• Step outside and feel the ground beneath your feet.
• Say to yourself: “I don’t have to do it all today. I’m supported.”
• Journal or pray for a few minutes.
• Reach out to someone who reminds you you’re not alone.

Healing Stories: Salt and Skin

Salt therapy isn’t just for lungs. The dry salt in the air gently exfoliates, reduces inflammation, and helps balance oil production. People with eczema, psoriasis, or persistent breakouts often come in searching for relief and leave surprised by how calm their skin feels.

One client shared that after just a few sessions, the redness on their cheeks faded. Another noticed their skin was less oily and more even-toned. For many, it’s the first time in a long time their skin felt truly comfortable.

The Migun Infrared Massage Table combines the benefits of far-infrared heat, acupressure, massage, and spinal alignment therapy. Inside the bed are heated jade rollers that move along the length of the spine, helping to relax tight muscles, support circulation, and gently decompress the vertebrae.

Many of our Seasoned Salters love placing the handheld jade balls on areas like the neck, shoulders, or abdomen to enhance the benefits of targeted infrared therapy.
