Rest schedules vary across cultures, climates and industry needs. Micro breaks that would naturally occur with weather, climate and family have transitioned into scheduled increments instead of following these natural rhythms.
Within these breaks, the nervous system can decompress. It shifts into a clearing state, cycling out spent energetic waste and releasing built up energy in our individual electromagnetic fields. Without these breaks, it becomes system overload disrupting nightly sleep cycles.
