Still getting used to having this thing people call: the WEEKEND💃🏻

So I thought I’d share some INSPIRATION🌟💫
1. PERFECT is the ENEMY of the GOOD.
Sometimes, in striving for an unattainable level of perfection, we may miss out on the opportunity to achieve something good. We may postpone starting a project altogether, in fear that the plan isn’t perfect. Alternatively, we may invest exponentially increased time for diminishing returns, or worse, botch what we’ve already accomplished. In surgery, we tell ourselves to stop once we’ve achieved an acceptable outcome—sometimes, in trying to achieve perfection, we may actually incur injury and end up with a lesser outcome.
2. SET healthy BOUNDARIES.
When we dismiss our own feelings and compromise ourselves for those around us, it eventually leads to dissatisfaction and resentment. But it is our own responsibility to set AND communicate our boundaries. Be clear and direct. We are entitled to have feelings, and we have a right to express them; to honor them.
