Our first Book Club gathering was nothing short of soul-nourishing. 💛

We got real. We got vulnerable. We shared honestly, listened deeply, and connected over the powerful lessons in The Mountain Is You. Sitting in a circle with this incredible group reminded us just how much strength there is in community.

This wasn’t just a discussion—it was a reset for the heart and mind. Thank you to everyone who showed up and showed up fully.

We’re already looking ahead to the next one! 📚 We’ll be reading Outlive by Peter Attia—a science-backed, thought-provoking dive into how we live longer and better.

From Strength in the Studio to Grit on the Cliffside 🏞️💪

Our studio owner Helen just got back from Zion and Bryce Canyon—and she did the thing.

Angel’s Landing. One of the most physically and mentally demanding hikes in the U.S.

Between the steep drop-offs, sheer cliffs, and gripping onto chains hundreds of feet above the canyon floor—it was, without a doubt, one of the hardest things she's ever done.

But here’s the truth:
The confidence to keep climbing? That started in the studio. The strength to push past fear? That came from every class, every rep, every moment of showing up. The belief that “I can do this”—even when it gets hard? That’s what we train for.

Now that the weather’s warming up and we’re heading outside for hikes, camping, and adventures of our own—we want to see how you flex your strength beyond the studio walls.

Tag us and use when you're out living boldly—on a mountain, on a trail, or even just striking a victory pose on your weekend getaway. Your strength was built here—but it belongs everywhere.
