Some require both.
I currently offer two distinct services: Mental Health Counseling and Life Coaching. They are not the same thing — and that difference matters.
Mental Health Counseling is for those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship distress, grief, emotional dysregulation, or patterns that feel heavy and persistent. This is clinical, structured, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. We assess. We process. We build coping skills. We work toward stabilization and long-term change.
Life Coaching is for those who are emotionally stable but ready for growth. This is future-focused and action-oriented. Clarity, accountability, identity shifts, leadership development, relationship goals, career pivots, confidence building. Coaching is about strategy and forward movement.
If you are feeling stuck because of pain, we treat the pain.
If you are feeling stuck because of indecision or lack of direction, we build the plan.
Some clients begin in counseling and transition into coaching once they are stable. Others know exactly which lane fits them.
Both services are confidential. Both are structured. Both are intentional.
